Why Choose FastSnowRemoval

We understand city rhythm. Pushes are timed to deliveries, school bells, and opening hours. Redundant crews and spare units stand ready so a breakdown never strands your block. Documentation arrives instantly so boards and managers stay confident.

Surface respect is non-negotiable: blade shoes on pavers, rubber edges near curbs, carefully dosed melt on stone steps. We guard drains, hydrants, bike lanes, and planters, keeping your streetscape tidy and safe for pedestrians.

Proof In Every Pass
  • Timestamped, geotagged proof of service.
  • Dispatch, arrival, and completion alerts with notes.

  • Refreeze patrol notes on shade lines and drains.

Process That Keeps Blocks Open

1) Daylight Walkthrough

We scout your block, flag drains, meters, planters, and pile spots, then brief crews with a digital map they carry at night.

2) Weather Desk

Radar plus pavement temps and wind data guide pretreat, plow timing, and refreeze patrols to minimize disruption and maximize traction.

3) Execution & Proof

Crews clear, photograph, and report. You get a concise summary with times, melt amounts, and any hazards spotted, ready to forward.

4) Refreeze Patrol

We return for slick spots near downspouts, shade, alleys, and stoops, applying melt precisely to avoid overuse while keeping grip.

Safety & Streetscape Care

Pedestrian safety drives our plan: cones for active plow zones, spotters for tight docks, and clear footpath routing. We edge carefully around curbs, bikes, and street furniture, keeping snow from blocking crosswalk sightlines.

We manage water flow to avoid ice sheets, keeping drains clear and edges swept. We flag pooling areas and include photos so you know surfaces are safe.

Compliance Ready
  • Insurance-suitable logs with photos and melt data.
  • ADA routes prioritized with traction checks.
  • Eco-minded melt use to protect landscaping and stone.
  • Hazard flags for drains, hydrants, EV spots, and bike lanes.

Equipment Sized For The City

Compact plows for narrow lanes, skid-steers for lots and alleys, sidewalk crews with brushes and melt for steps and parklets, plus loaders on standby for big events. Every unit is inspected before storms and backed by spares to prevent downtime.

Communication You Can Forward

We send short, clear updates: when we roll, when we arrive, what we cleared, and what we used. Copy-paste ready for anyone who needs it.

Built For Every City Scenario

Mixed-use blocks need clean walks and open loading docks; we prioritize both. Residential streets need tidy drives and mailbox access; we deliver. Hospitality venues need inviting entrances and clear valet lanes; we keep them spotless.

Transit stops, schools, and clinics get priority walkways, ramps, and crossings. Night pushes are quieter where we can be, respecting neighbors while still clearing thoroughly. Pile placement protects sightlines and drainage, keeping your streetscape orderly.

Beaverton was first settled by lumbermen circa 1863 and was first known as Grand Forks, after the confluence of the Tobacco and Cedar rivers. It has been continuously settled since 1875. The town was founded in 1890 by the Donald Gunn Ross & Sons lumber company, from Beaverton, Ontario. Donald Ross became the first postmaster on February 17, 1891. Romig cites the city clerk of Beaverton that it incorporated as a village in 1901. However, Powers gives the date as 1896. It incorporated as a city in 1903, with William Ross as the first mayor. Powers gives the first settler's name as Marvil Secord, originally from Brantford, Ontario, and who is also recognized as the first permanent settler in Gladwin County. Beaverton is known as the Plastic Thermoforming capital of the world. It was a station on the Toledo-Ludington line of the Pere Marquette Railroad.
